"Soula Care" software and related services refer to the client application legally owned and operated by Xiamen Soula Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), labeled as "Soula Care". Soula Care deeply understands the importance of your personal information to you. Your trust is crucial to us, and we will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with laws and regulations, while also referencing industry best practices. Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using Soula Care and related services to make appropriate choices.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand:

1. We will collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, but we will not collect personal information in a bundled manner solely because you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. When you use or enable related functions or services, we will collect and use relevant information as necessary to fulfill those functions and services. Unless the information is necessary for basic business functions or required by laws and regulations, you can refuse to provide it without affecting other functions or services. If you use a certain service or multiple services provided by us or our affiliated companies, and those services have separate privacy policies, the corresponding privacy policies will apply. If no separate privacy policy is established, this policy will also apply to those products or services.

Authentication

When using authentication functions or services, you may need to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number) to complete real-name verification in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. In particular and necessary cases, for security purposes, to ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity through "facial recognition" based on the information you provide. This information is sensitive personal information, and you can refuse to provide it, but you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, although it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.

You can recover your account through the account recovery function. 1. Customer Service and Issues: To facilitate communication with you, promptly help you resolve issues, or record the handling plans and results of related issues, we may save your communication/call records and related content with us (including account information, feedback information, order information, other information provided by you to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave).

2. When you complain about others or are complained about by others, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint-related content to consumer protection departments and regulatory authorities to promptly resolve complaint disputes, except where explicitly prohibited by laws and regulations.

4. Despite taking the aforementioned reasonable and effective measures and complying with the standards required by relevant laws and regulations, the Company cannot guarantee the security of your personal information when it is exchanged through insecure channels. You acknowledge that the personal information protection measures provided by the Company only apply to the Company's products. Device Information and Log Information

1. To ensure the security of software services and your account, as well as the quality and efficiency of service operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, device name, device configuration, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique device identifier, network device hardware address, IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, and service logs.

2. To prevent malicious programs, ensure service security, and enhance browsing experience, we will collect information on installed applications or running processes, overall application usage, usage frequency, application crashes, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application sources.

3. To analyze statistical indicators such as app installs, activations, retention, and performance, we may use the clipboard to perform attribution analysis on relevant statistical information. Please rest assured that we will not collect your private information.

4.
